Breakfast Beer AKA Guinness Cupcakes

A late St. Patty's Day treat! 

These heavy cocoa cupcakes are not too sweet with a slight beer bite to finish in tandem with the cinnamon. 

Topped with a very very buttery frosting*, they are more like a sweet breakfast roll than a tiny cake.

*I'm not kidding about the butter frosting. I think it tastes like whipped butter, my husband ADORES it and claims it is so much better than the super sweet stuff that usually comes on bakery cupcakes.
