Baking Challenge

I discovered (I think through livejournal) a new awesome baking website.

i am baker

And I do belive I will attempt the Christmas cake challenge.

And even though I have never made one of these "surprise inside" cakes

I shall up the ante and attempt a Christmas tree inside!

Yup. Crazy. That's me.

Best part is, even if it looks like a blob it will still taste like cake!
